Supporting a couple to overcome what may seem impossible is no easy task. In my perspective, it's not achievable without these three conditions:
 • Awareness – Harmful dynamics often affect connection in relationships, often 
 • Deep Work – Addressing traumas and modifying subconscious elements opens 
 • Learning New Skills – Embarking on the healing process requires acquiring new skills such as negotiation, assertive communication, emotion management, and setting boundaries. These changes are crucial to transforming the relationship 
 • Couples coaching sessions are more extensive than usual to generate changes

I offer coaching and individual therapeutic services, providing support to those seeking to achieve personal, family, or professional goals. My approach includes releasing blocks, healing traumas, transforming limiting beliefs, and teaching motional self-regulation techniques.

I address a wide variety of issues, from stress management, anxiety, and depression to skill development such as public speaking, learning English, and setting boundaries.

Group coaching

We usually share some concerns with others when engaging in work, a career, a sport, an illness, grief, or a natural disaster, among other things.

Working in a group provides benefits that personal work may not: Knowing that we are not alone and the richness of others' experiences.

Individual and group Systemic Family Constellations

Accepted Answer

I offer systemic family constellations independently or as part of a therapeutic process.

I work individually using specially designed figures in my office.

Currently, I am not offering in-person workshops.
